We are a Primary Care Medical Practice located in Kissimmee, Florida. Our goal is to provide our patients with a quality healthcare experience that is designed to meet their needs and with a unique level of attention and service. We believe that our patients deserve modern medicine delivered the old fashion way, with compassion, care, attention to detail and one-on-one counseling. Primary Care Physician

Rebeca Perez Sanchez, MD

Dr. Rebeca Perez Sanchez received her medical degree from the University of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba, where she also completed her residency in Family Practice. She received certifications in Internal Medicine and Nuclear Medicine at the National University of Mexico.

Dr. Perez has been practicing since 1990, starting at the Policlinico Docente Dr. Tomas Romay in Havana, Cuba. When she moved to Mexico, she specialized in Family Practice, Colposcopy, and Nuclear Medicine, where she practiced for 12 years.

Dr. Perez moved to Orlando, Florida where she completed the Medical Board requirements and obtained her Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) Certification to practice in The United States. She completed her internship at the Metropolitan Hospital in Puerto Rico to specialize as a General Practitioner.

Dr. Perez has extensive experience with family
and preventive medicine in high-volume urban hospitals, as well as private settings and clinics.
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Saul Gutierrez, APRN

Saul Gutierrez is a foreign MD who started his career in Venezuela. He received his medical degree from Carabobo University in Valencia Venezuela in 1992 and completed his residency in Orthopedics. In 1999, he went on to become an MD Orthopedic Surgeon Graduate from Caracas University Hospital in Venezuela. He also worked as a Professor of Traumatology and Orthopedic Surgery for post-graduates at Caracas University Hospital.

Upon moving to the United States, Saul Gutierrez obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Pontificia Catholic University in Ponce, Puerto Rico in 2013. He received his Masters Degree in Family Nurse Practice from Sistema Universitario Ana G. Mendez, Miami Florida in 2017. He has been working as a Licensed Nurse Practitioner ever since.

He has wide experience in Family Practice, Orthopedic, Wellness, Health Promotion, Disease Prevention, Counseling and Care Management of acute and chronic disease to the pediatric, adult and geriatric groups. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
